**About the job**

As a vital member of the marketing team, your role will encompass various responsibilities, including liaising with finance and suppliers, stock control of uniforms, maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies, managing delivery logistics, assisting in the co-ordination of marketing functions and removing roadblocks to support the team, and ensuring internal stakeholders are informed about project progress.

Primary duties and responsibilities;
- Daily project administration.
- Hosting and minuting regular production and status meetings.
- Facilitating and providing timely communication to stakeholders.
- Liaising with finance on orders and payments.
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Collection and delivery of stock to various facilities.
- Working across multiple projects and keeping all parties informed of progress and potential problems.
- Assisting the team with cost estimates, events, and other ad hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three years’ experience in administration.
- A degree or diploma in a related/applicable field is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
