National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Business Manager.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

- The complete implementation of all operational initiatives as per the NRC strategy.
- Improvement of the financial performance of the area under your management i.e. business growth and resource management
- Maintenance and the improvement of all stakeholder relationships in the in area under management.
- Submission and utilisation of standard monthly business intelligence reports as per the business requirements.
- Implementation and maintenance of all business policies and procedures (Including Risk Management) in all units under manager i.e. HR P&P’s, Payroll P&P’s, Financial P&P’s, OHS P&P’s, Procurement P&P’s etc.
- Implementation and maintenance of all Staff Care initiatives in the units under management i.e. HR P&P’s and Initiatives, Succession Planning
- Coaching of UL, Reward and Recognition, UL evaluation and PDP, Performance Management etc

- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse/ Midwife or Registration with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist (Independent Practice).
- Relevant qualification in marketing or business would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years post basic and proven leadership and/or people management experience within healthcare (including clinical competence in renal).
- Good knowledge and understanding of labour legislation, financial and change management principles.
- Previous management experience on a regional level will be advantageous.
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office) essential.
- Driver’s license and own transport a must.
