Property Administrator

**We're looking for**
An extremely competent and experienced Administrator who will be responsible for administrative matters relating to the efficient running of the office, as well as tasks and day-to-day operations in and out the office and to assist with property management.

**What's the role?**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Ensure buildings are well maintained
- Show prospective tenants' properties
- You will need to invoice, liaise and deal with tenants and creditors
- Collect rentals and chase up on outstanding accounts
- Reconcile accounts
- General adhoc duties if and when required
**Boxes to tick**
- Matric/Own vehicle
- Relevant tertiary education
- Experience in same or similar role - administration
- Property experience - advantageous
- MDA experience - advantageous
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Westville, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
