Summary: Cur8 Capital is an established sharia-compliant wealth manager focused on the mass affluent audience. **Who we’re looking for**
We are looking for a marketing executive who takes ownership over their work and can work towards taking our social media presence and website to the next level.
Content is at the heart of what we do, and so you’ll be closely working with the content and growth teams to align on objectives and work towards building and executing a social media and website strategy that will meet business needs and raise brand awareness.
The rhythm of your beat is set by customer research and data analytics. You are rigorously scientific when you need to be, with numbers and graphs putty to your hands. But when the time requires you get out the artistic toolkit and can see things that data could never show. And you’re judicious enough to know when to switch between the two.
You need to be someone who can think outside the box, look for trends and feed in your insightful commentary to the team to help inform overall strategy and then be rigorously ruthless in executing it in your sphere of work to the finest detail.

Specific technical skills we look for are:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Ability to stay updated on platform algorithm changes and trends.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and interpret performance metrics.
- Experience in using data to make informed decisions and optimise social media strategies.
- Strong creative skills for developing engaging and shareable content.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software.
- Experience in responding to comments, messages, and engaging with the audience.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms such as WordPress for website maintenance.
- Experience in updating and managing content, including publishing and scheduling posts.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize website content for search engines.
- Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link-building strategies.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track blog performance.
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve website growth.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assume full responsibility for our social media pages and website, involving coordination with a small number of internal and external stakeholders.
- Management of our website, including making updates, amends as well as thinking and making improvements to the site accordingly
- Contribute and implement the overarching vision, strategy, and roadmap for the social media platforms under your purview, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Take ownership of defining the essential measures of accomplishment and subsequently monitoring the performance of the social media pages and website.
- Swiftly amass industry knowledge and evaluate potential avenues for adjusting social media and website stratgey.
- Collaborate closely with content and growth teams as well as external agencies where relevant to create and execute social media and website strategy that achieves business objectives
- Efficiently prioritise tasks, adeptly resolving conflicts in a decisive manner while collaborating with peers and senior leaders.
