Teta Assessor or Moderator

**Brief description**

The position of ILS facilitator/assessor/moderator consist of ensuring timeous facilitation/assessing/moderating TETA related training as per specific area in Defensive driving qualification 50285. Provide client specific theory and practical training to any student as per ILS requirements.

**Tasks**
- TETA Accreditation input as an expert as per ILS Management request (company strategic plan),
- Overseeing the planning and designing of study material, assessments and moderation
- Responsible to ensure all material is up to date and available on the server as per ILS policy and procedures
- Overseeing in-house and offsite activities such as presentations, training required/identified by clients, job simulations and role-playing exercises. Official assessments and practical evaluation
- Communicating career-path opportunity and training plans with management
- Provide results to admin department and ensure correctness of information
- Assessing and measuring of results of training
- Frequently carrying out research and recommending necessary learning equipment, such as platforms and projects
- Monitoring, evaluating, and taking an accurate and adequate record of training activities and program effectiveness
- Make recommendations at least every 6 months on improvement areas, and/or recommend cancelling/amending training not high in demand
- For grant specific training ensuring project plan is compiled and executed as per client SLA

**Qualifications and requirements**
- A grade 12 certificate, with TETA accredited qualification study units related to 50285 as per ILS requirements
- Adequate experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)
- Knowledge about TETA processes and requirements;
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, actively look for ways to help people, and adjust actions concerning others' actions.
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people
- Well-developed understanding of processes, such as how to enable group decision-making, problem-solving, and organizing and structuring agendas for appropriate results

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
