**Requirements**
- Grade 12 and Computer Literacy Certificate and equivalent qualification
- At least one year experience in administration or registry or finance environment
- Basic knowledge of financial management
- Knowledge of document quality control, scanning, manual and electronic file indexing
**Duties**
- Open new files and re-structure contents
- Selection and arrangement of archival records
- Updating of inventories of records.
- Link electronic records with identifiers on the inventory
- Reconciliation of the Restitution Project Lists
- Updating of ABSA reconciliations
- Ability to capture date, operate computer and collate financial statistics
**Job Types**: Permanent, Temporary
**Salary**: R16,852.75 per month
