**Job Description**:

- Professionally Communicating with end users and managers
- Diagnosing and resolving technology issues successfully - via the IT Service Desk.
- Installing and maintaining new hardware and software.Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met.
- Ensure timeous feedback, escalations & resolution

**Qualifications**:
**Education**

Matric, Relevant IT Technical Certifications Preferred IT Diploma/ Microsoft Certified System Engineer, A+, N+, Scripting Certification Experience

2 years’ experience in a Desktop support role
