Lead Generation Executive

Salary Range : Basic Plus commission
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute lead generation plans to increase attendance at conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Research and identify potential attendees based on target demographics and interests.
- Create and manage a database of potential attendees, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential attendees, responding to inquiries and providing information about upcoming events.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of generating leads and driving attendance at events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential attendees.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on key metrics.
- Knowledge of event management software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
- Matric plus any other qualification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
