Cape Town, South Africa Telemarketing Professionals Full time

We are looking for a recruitment and HR specialist, with the weight being on Recruitment, if have some HR experience that's a bonus. This is a work from home role.

**Minimum Applicant Requirements**:
You will need a Degree, and least 4 years experience, an excellent command of the English language both written and verbal as well as a relatively neutral accent for communicating with both an Australian and South African audience. You will need to be willing to work the early morning hours, since you'll be working predominately during Australian business hours, although you'll only be working from 3am on average or later, not earlier.

**Operational Requirements**:

- Typing speed of 30 words plus per minute
- Fibred Internet with cable or Ethernet to your PC, Wi-Fi is often prone to dropouts.
- Professional headset, ideally with noise cancelling software
- Windows or Linux computer or laptop, we will not entirely rule Mac users out, but our software is more compatible with Windows or Linux users, currently but that may change.
- You’ll l need a good quite, productive and professional home environment with minimum disruptions, You will need a really good reliable internet connection and IT including computer and ideally two monitors.
- UPS or Generator for loadshedding
- Workstation - proper desk and chair set up and work environment, working from the coffee table, or dining room table will not cut it.

**You'll need experience in some or all of the following**:

- Placing and managing recruitment adverts in online job boards and social media.
- Screening and short listing applicants (to be done by subordinate, but your are to supervise and manage)
- Onboarding, paperwork funnel, initial training and other such requirements.
- Staff rostering, scheduling, monitoring and quality control.
- Experience in using recruitment or HR software.
- Be able to motivate, lead and train a small team to success and you’ll be rewarded for assisting staff meet or exceed their KPI’s
- Have a positive attitude, drive and energy, be self-motivated, be teachable and coachable, be willing to take responsibility for your actions and learn from your mistakes.
- If you are performance and target orientated, have a positive attitude & a proven track record in achieving results we can assist you in being trained to do what is required.
