Job Title: Recruitment Operations Specialist

Location: Remote/Foreshore, Cape Town.

We are looking for an HR Generalist who is client-centric. We pride ourselves in WOWing our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell our services, ensuring clients are aware of the full range of solutions we offer.
  • Collaborate strategically with our recruiters, providing them with regular feedback on client hiring needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Prepare and distribute onboarding forms, offer letters, and employment contracts and coordinate the sourcing and delivery of IT equipment for new hires.
  • HR Guidance: Provide guidance on employee relations issues, HR compliance matters, and best practices. Manage employees through their probationary period, disciplinary processes, and offboarding procedures.
  • HR Procedures: Conduct and chair disciplinary hearings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for clients.
  • General Client Requests: Handle changes to employment contracts such as salary adjustments and working hours. Provide general HR advice and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within an EOR, Recruitment Labour Broking/Contract Worker, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of South African labour law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: R17 500 - R27 500 pm + R1000 Connectivity allowance. Benefits include professional development opportunities.
