We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Talent Specialist to join our team at Altum HR, a leading Human Resources consultancy based in the UK.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to play a vital role in our recruitment process. As a Recruitment Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, managing candidate journeys, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Screening: Monitor job applications, screen CVs against set criteria, and identify the most suitable candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Schedule and conduct initial calls with selected candidates, assess their suitability, and provide recommendations for further evaluation.
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate and schedule face-to-face or virtual interviews, manage logistics, and timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices, particularly safer recruitment guidelines for roles involving vulnerable populations.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and scheduling tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, prioritization, and adaptability.
- High attention to detail in CV reviews, candidate interactions, and compliance with recruitment protocols.
- Computer/Laptop: High-performance machine with Intel i5 processor or equivalent, 8GB RAM, and up-to-date operating system.
- Headset and Microphone: Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.
- Dual Monitors: Recommended for enhanced multitasking and productivity.
- Web Camera: High-resolution camera for video interviews and meetings.
- Internet Connection: Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps, stable high-speed internet connection preferred.
- Backup Power Supply: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) or backup battery to mitigate power outages and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
