Our client is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant/Office Secretary to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will be required to work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to a Management and communicate effective and efficiently, a team player, someone who is friendly, creative, has attention to detail and is very organized with initiative.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Secretary- Fluent in Afrikaans and English- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Advanced MS Office experience- Outstanding organisational and time management skills-
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Afrikaans and English- Discretion and confidentiality- Own vehicle- PA / Secretarial Diploma or Certification would be considered an advantage
