Business Development Representative

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
As a Senior SDR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities. You will leverage your expertise in sales outreach and client communication to expand Growth Resourcing’s market presence.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through various research methods, including networking events, social media, and other channels.
- Cold / Warm Calling:
- Objection Handling: Address and overcome potential objections, concerns or rejections from prospective Clients.
- CRM Management: Diligently record and update lead, prospect, and client information in various CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written English), with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Proven sales ability, with experience in cold calling, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Resilient and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying client pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads efficiently.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and telesales.
- Proven track record in outbound prospecting, booking meetings and lead generation.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Previous experience working with UK and US businesses.
