Kendrick Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Stores Administrator to join a luxury safari destination located in the world-renowned Sabi Sands Game Reserve in South Africa. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work in a unique and exciting environment, ensuring the smooth operations of our lodges and providing exceptional guest experiences.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide full cover and support to the Purchasing & Procurement Manager during their leave, including order placement and daily administrative tasks.
Perform daily housekeeping requisitions and cash-ups, as well as enter stock purchases into the system.
Update and maintain records of lodge requisitions, staff food allowances, and delivered items.
Assist with monthly stock takes and data capture.
Reconcile supplier accounts for payment and post payments on creditor/supplier accounts.
Support the Administration Manager and HR Manager with additional administrative functions as needed.
Investigate and report any variances, discrepancies, or stock-related issues to the Purchasing & Procurement Manager.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a purchasing and procurement role.
Excellent command of the English language.
Possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.
Experience with Protel is a bonus.

**Package**:
Permanent employment with a competitive basic monthly salary.
Live-in basic furnished accommodation (possible sharing).

Share in gratuities left by guests.
1% of revenue gratuity.
Medical Aid with a company contribution of 50% (after a successful probation period).
Provident/Pension Fund with a company contribution of 50% (after a successful probation period).
20 bed nights for family and friends annually at a discounted rate.
Leave cycle of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
