**Responsibilities**:

- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives. Recommend and demonstrate relevant products or services that align with clients' goals and provide value-added solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' businesses and industries to anticipate their needs and provide personalized service.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services to address clients' pain points and objections.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals and pricing quotes based on clients' requirements and budget considerations. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Manage the sales pipeline effectively to prioritize activities and maximize sales conversion rates.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help refine sales strategies and improve product/service offerings.
- Inherent Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
