**Mission**
To drive sales growth, manage strategic accounts, and develop long-term business relationships within the underground mining capital equipment sector. Your focus will be on identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while promoting Epiroc's cutting-edge solutions.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Account Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic accounts, understanding their needs and aligning Epiroc's offerings to meet those needs.**Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the underground mining market, focusing on capital equipment sales and contracts.**Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.**Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration.**Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the underground mining sector.**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.**Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.**Customer Advocacy**: Act as a liaison between Epiroc and customers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.
**Required Skills and Capabilities**- Minimum of 10 years or more of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the mining or heavy equipment industries.- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and closing high-value contracts.- Strong understanding of underground mining capital equipment and market dynamics.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
