Strategic Sales Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth in the electronic security sector.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 sales professionals and 2 support technicians, focusing on driving sales through technical support, solution, and service. They will also manage key accounts and develop business relationships with clients in the electronic B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Provide technical support and solutions to clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as an area or team manager in a sales environment
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets
- Strong business development and key account management skills
- Affinity for technical products and solutions
- Experience working in the electronic B2B space, preferably in security distributors or electrical wholesales
