**IT Contract Administrator**

**Purpose**

Responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, and managing all contract-related documentation on behalf of the Information Technology and Talent Department. The overall role of a Contracts Administrator is to initiate and facilitate that all parties fulfill the requirements, standards, and directives from the procurement and contract management process.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for updating the contract management register, ensuring contract risks are managed accordingly
- Responsible for the management of the contract management system activities, training, and technical system support to Management and Exco
- Responsible for reviewing and updating existing contracts. Write motivations for approval of new contracts.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 Years as a Contract Administrator role
- B.Com Degree / Diploma in Business Administration / Related qualification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R37,500.00 - R45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
