My client, based in Epping, Cape Town, is on the hunt for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage international accounts.

**WHO WOULD THIS POSITION BE SUITED TO?**
- 5 Years as Key Account / Business Development Exec
- Exceptional communicator
- Above average MS Excel skills
- Tertiary education in Business Administration or related
- Know how to juggle multiple projects concurrently
- Team player
- You understand the importance of effective and timeous reporting
- You are by nature pro-active and not reactive
- You currently reside in Cape Town (Western Cape)
- You speak an additional (European) Language
- You have previously worked in the relocation sector/industry
- You are very analytical and detail oriented

**DUTIES**
- Proactively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Translate client needs into business opportunities
- Set up quotations and pricing policies
- Develop new ideas to improve service delivery
- Follow daily operations with local and international team members
- Partner with internal team members in solving client needs and ensure you provide outstanding service
- Ensure implementation of client procedures and SLA management
- Efficient reporting to management and clients
- Develop and/or reviewing preparation of client requested reporting to ensure the most effective reporting procedures are being used and that the information being provided is accurate
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
