Our company is looking to appoint a Debtors Clerk to join our dynamic team.

The Debtors Clerk will report directly to the manager, and will have to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Managing Debt collection and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Collect overdue monies
- Assist with sending customers Statements
- General Leger
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including reconciliations and processing
- Accurate and constant follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Attend to queries from clients and reconcile customer accounts where necessary
- Daily and monthly reporting to management
- Reach daily targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Debt Collecting
- Must have strong Debt Collecting Knowledge
- Experience in Ms Excel is a must
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Reconciling Bank Statements
- Pastel experience will be an advantage

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Debt collecting: 2 years (required)
- Pastle: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
