As a Finance Intern at Regenize, you will work closely with our finance team to support various financial operations and initiatives aimed at advancing our mission of zero waste.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotes and invoicing
- Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards
- Assist in posting and processing journals to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Updated accounts receivables and issue invoices
- Update accounts payables and perform reconciliation
- Update financial data and accounting regulations to ensure that information is accurate and available when needed.
- Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
- Assist in Preparing accounting reports to be presented to senior management.
- Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements.
- Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability and social impact.
