**Accounts Administrator**

4 Months FTC (maternity leave replacement)

System knowledge : Sage Pastel Evolution

Experience: 2/3 years

Qualification: Basic Book-keeping Certificate

Functions:
Manage Expenses on a day-to-day basis

Communicate directly with relevant service providers on account queries

Reconcile the expenses accounts on a monthly basis

Analyze and resolve reconciling items identified

Liaise with different teams within the organisation to ensure all parties are regularly updated on the status of each account

Prepare payments based on terms for each supplier

Ensure invoices are accurately captured on Pastel on a daily basis

Prepare VAT schedules

Analyse stores petty cash expenses

Assisting Finance manager when required

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in English and in MS Office; specifically, Excel

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience Working in a retail finance unit performing creditors/accounts payable duties

Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously;
Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize time and work effectively;
Displays a high level of integrity and is deadline driven.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Germany, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
