We are looking to recruit a permanent Key Accounts Coordinator to work for United Pharmaceutical Distributors (UPD). The role will be based at Roodepoort branch and will report to the New Business Manager.
**Job description**:
- Job Purpose:
- To coordinate all key account management functions and deliver as per client expectations
- Job Objectives:
- To assist in managing inventory levels by compiling dated stock reports and distribution stock levels, liaising with clients in regard to any discrepancies in stock.
- To liaise, co-ordinate and follow up on special customer deliveries.
- To generate, compile and distribute reports and distribution stats when required.
- To liaise with customers on distribution bookings, as well as create and circulate to the relevant departments.
- To proactively identify areas within UPD where process efficiencies can be improved and provide solutions to consistently reduce costs.
- To manage day to day adhoc requests from clients (including invoices, POD's)
- To resolve exceptions due to non-process or non-delivery of orders.
- To compile KPI reports in conjunction with the External KAM.
- To coordinate internal resources and maintain adherence to internal SLA’s
**Minimum requirements**:
- Education and Experience
- Matric
- Post matric certificate/qualification in administration/customer care (highly desirable)
- 2-3 year’s experience in areas of customer care preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical/retail/healthcare.
- Knowledge
- Knowledge of service excellence and customer principles
- Knowledge and understanding of the industry (pharmaceutical/distribution) (desirable)
- Knowledge of IT systems (CRM / UPD Online etc.)
