Purpose
The Pre-Sales Solution Architect is responsible for developing customer specific solutions and designing complex technical integrations with Enterprise Clients. This is a critical role in helping our sales team optemize and achieve their business objectives.
We Do The Right Things**:
- **Responsibilities of the Role
- Work in close coordination with the a regional Enterprise sales team (i.e. commercial managers and customer solution managers) to design the optimal technical integration at our Enterprise clients.
- Know every detail of Clickatell business and understand how enterprise solutions are managed and deployed.
- Support the sales & account management team in selling the Clickatell Value Proposition through product and solution knowledge.
- Understand the client’s business problem, capture the client requirements and develop high-level solution for customer proposals.
- Create solutions leveraging Clickatell capabilities to address customer needs.
- Design, develop and improve on customer experience around the Clickatell solution offerings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders around customer solutions:
- Programme Management: Product Features for road map items and prioritisation;
- Product: providing collateral on product solutions;
- Marketing: providing input on sales collateral;
- Provide advanced solution selling support to the sales & account management team.
- Provide product demonstrations.
- Guide and advise Technical Account Management team on implementing designed solutions.
- Broad-based business professional with 10+ years of experience in business transformation and consumer journey design and development.
- minimum 7 years’ experience in Enterprise pre-sale support.
- Have knowledge of mobile telecommunication technologies.
- Have knowledge of chat commerce.
- Understanding of customer experience design.
- Experience in high volume transactional solutions.
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate client business requirements into solution requirements.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Display foresight be proactive, systematic and provide orderly planning.
- High level of attention to detail.
