**Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with a focus on retail.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy and digital marketing.
- 3+ years in a middle/senior management role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Magento and WooCommerce, and payment gateways.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like GA4 and Sprout.
- Deep understanding of retail marketing and customer behaviour in Southern Africa.

- Oversee existing and new e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage budgets and report on e-commerce performance.
- Lead the social media marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise online merchandising and marketing campaigns.
- Continuously improve website functionality and user experience.
- Analyse performance data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Source and manage third-party technology and marketing partners.
- Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing staff training and development.
