We are a treatment and care center located on a beautiful nature reserve near Barberton, we tend to injured and/or orphaned animals until they are well enough to be rehabilitated into the wild. This opportunity is ideal for someone in their mid to late twenties and who is excellent at multitasking, teamwork, communication, and time management. The company has a very high expectation of its employees; the founder is hands-on in the company and will be pushing for high work ethic and a hard-working mentality.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR/administration roles.
- Previous experience with internal company Disciplinary Procedures.
- Proficient in Sage Pastel and VAT processing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Software.
- Fluent in English; multilingualism will be advantageous.
- Well-presented and well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take accountability, be deadline-driven, and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work daily.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll.
- Oversee general administration tasks and provide support to the Finance and Accounting Department.
- Support the Operational and Management team, as well as the Project Manager.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Work efficiently and use initiative to handle tasks.
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed.

- Teamwork: Capacity to operate independently or work as part of a team, as tasks require.

- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly.

**Salary**: From R20 000,00 per month
