This position is for a **Administrator**

**Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an environment

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Teamwork and Communication skill is important because of the back and forth communication with team and client.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and routing calls as necessary.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for executives and team members as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
