Core Description
To perform the billing process in an efficient and effective manner to ensure that valid SAP contracts with supporting documentation are correctly loaded in order to facilitate accurate, timeous and complete billing. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
To ensure that only valid input is received from business in order to correctly input SAP contracts.
To reject any invalid input and refer to business to complete the data required.
Correctly load valid SAP contracts with supporting documentation.
Successfully issue sales invoice on accounting system based on group requirements.
Validate credit memo request prior to processing credit note requests.
Maintain document management according to set standards.
To work together with the relevant teams in Business to ensure that all complex deals/time and material deals/ back to back deals (as Applicable) are correctly loaded in SAP, invoiced and followed up as required.
To ensure that billing plans are correctly loaded in order that forecasts will be correct.
Ad Hoc - Perform other activities to achieve the goals of the Billing CoE Team. Core Functional Skills & Knowledge

3 years of prior HR or Recruitment experience including at least one year administration experience
Or
If the highest qualification is grade 12, 5 years of prior HR or Recruitment experience including at least one year administration experience Certifications None Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
Interacts with various stakeholders within BCX, on various levels of management Special Requirements/ Employment Condition Valid Drivers license Ability to cope under pressure Workplace/Physical Requirements Non-Billable Hybrid Remote Worker
