**Job Overview**:
As the Outdoor Lifestyle Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brand's mission, voice, and identity. Your primary focus will be to create meaningful connections with our audience, develop innovative campaigns, and grow the brand’s presence in the outdoor industry. This role is ideal for a visionary marketer with a deep understanding of outdoor culture, a passion for sustainable practices, and a knack for building community.
**1. Availability and Flexibility**
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Able to work on short notice based on business needs.
**2. Customer Service Skills**
- Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to assist customers.
**3. Passion for Fashion**
- Interest in and knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
- Ability to recommend fashion products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Understanding of the brand’s style and product offerings.
**4. Sales and Target-Driven**
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment is an advantage.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Upselling and cross-selling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
**5. Communication and Teamwork**
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting full-time staff as needed.
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
**6. Organization and Multitasking**
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Organize stock and maintain neat presentation of the sales floor.
- Effective time management skills.
**7. Stock Handling and Merchandising**
- Assist with stock receiving, replenishment, and maintaining correct stock levels on the floor.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to store guidelines.
- Knowledge of stock rotation and inventory handling.
**8. Integrity and Reliability**
- Honest and reliable in handling transactions and store property.
- Ability to follow store policies and procedures, including cash handling and security practices.
- Punctual and dependable in attendance.
**9. Technology Proficiency**
- Basic knowledge of using POS systems and handling transactions.
- Comfortable with using technology for inventory management or customer interactions (e.g., tablets or store systems).
**10. Adaptability and Quick Learner**
- Ability to quickly adapt to different roles, such as cashier, stock assistant, or customer service.
- Willingness to learn new skills and product knowledge.
Pay: R5 000,00 - R8 500,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- High School (matric) (required)
