With a total of 3 outlets, this small group of high-volume contemporary restaurants and bistro style pubs in Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront employs a total of 68 staff which include professional chefs, restaurant managers, barristers, mixologists and waiters.

**ProStaffSelect** are in search of an experienced and highly organised RESTAURANT ADMIN & ACCOUNTS person to manage a variety of bookkeeping, reservations, procurement etc responsibilities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Previous AP and payroll experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Self-motivated, honest, and reliable individual

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Detail oriented and high level of accuracy in all work

Able to work independently and collaborate with others

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Post daily Sales into accounting system

Post approved invoices into accounting system

Check & Control Debtors & Creditors accounts

Accounts Payable Processing

Weekly Payroll Assisting/Processing

Onboarding of new employees

Assist with weekly payment runs

Post monthly Credit Card Charges and reconcile to statement

Process SARS admin & follow-up

Capture of bookings and reservations

Processing of invoices and payments
