**Brief Description of this Job**

A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join our team in the Johannesburg office. We are looking for an ambitious and focused individual who will progress within the ranks of our organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
- Comprehensive practical knowledge and understanding of:

- Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) processes
- Corporate Governance and King IV
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Sound business acumen is required
- A valid driver’s license is preferred

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Take up complete responsibility for thestatutory administration and compliance for all clients
- Maintenance of all company secretarial records and registers
- Draft resolutions and lodge required documents and annual returns with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
- Maintenance of the filing system and registers (paper and digital)
- Prepare agendas and meeting packs for client meetings ensuring quality control of all reports submitted
