**A.** **PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
To provide effective and efficient Human Resources Management and administration within the Group of companies, with specific focus on Recruitment, Training and Skills Development.

**B.** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent (NQF6)

**VOCATIONAL TRAINING**:

- Advanced Computer Skills
- Skills Development Facilitation Skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Labour Legislations

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management
- 3 years’ experience in Team Leadership/ Supervisory position

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid driving license code 08
- Valid certificate of fitness to move in and around the Operation

- Recruitment and Skills Development.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**

**TASKS/ ACTIVITIES**

**1.** **Provision of Human Resources Administration Support**

**KPA Description**: Tasks aimed at ensuring that employee information is kept safely and human resources administration is efficiently executed.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Human Resource policies, procedures and guidelines
- Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits occupational health & safety etc.
- Render advice on Labour Relations matters including grievance procedures
- Review and ensure alignment of operational Human Resources policies with applicable public service prescripts
- Facilitate termination of service and pension administration
- Ensures complete site and head office filing system of employee information is kept up to date
- Analysis of Human Resources trends and engage with Management to take appropriate action

**2.** **Execution of Recruitment and Selection**

**KPA Description**: Tasks aimed at ensuring that facilitation of recruitment, selection and placement duties are optimally executed.
- Assist with development of job profiles and adverts for new posts
- Facilitate job evaluation processes and grading of vacant posts
- Provide support Business Managers with logistics for new appointments
- Serve as an advisor between Human Resources and Business Managers and employees on Human Resources matters

**3.** **Facilitation of Employee Development and Performance**

**KPA Description**: Tasks directed at facilitating the Training and Development of employees as well as facilitating the management of employee performance.
- Liaise with the Sector Education and Training Authorities on matters of skills development
- Prepare and develop annual Workplace Skills Plans (WSP)
- Collect data and prepare the Annual Training Report
- Submit the annual to the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities - Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report
- Implement workplace skills development plan of the Commission
- Liaison with internal stakeholders in respect of training interventions
- Implement and ensure compliance with the performance management policy framework
- Ensure quality assurance on employees’ performance agreements
- Provide support in the performance moderation committees
- Facilitate dispute resolution in respect of performance assessments
- Ensures compliance of all employee competency and training per occupation as per company policy

**4.** **Provide Support in Management of Employee Wellness Programmes**

**KPA Description**: Tasks directed at ensuring that the company supports healthy behaviour in the workplace and to improve health outcomes.
- Assist with employee health and wellness strategies and programmes to support and health care treatment programmes
- Implementation of occupational health, safety and environmental management strategies and programmes
- Ensure compliance with Covid-19 guidelines and protocols.
- Liaison with external stakeholders on employee wellness programmes
- Ensures compliance of employee medical fitness certification on engagement and renewal basis as per company policy
