Operations Manager: Claims

What will you do?
This is a management position that reports directly to Chief Operating Officer and serves on the MANCO. This role is accountable for providing operational management and support for the different practices and processes across the Claims teams.
**Key responsibilities include**:
⦁ Execute against & maintain compliance to the Claims philosophy/strategy within the teams
⦁ Maintain and continually improve the operational Claims best practices and processes
⦁ Drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies across Claims functions/teams
⦁ Undertake required Claims related MIS, analysis and reporting
⦁ Manage team expenses
⦁ Stakeholder relationships
⦁ People management

Qualification & experience
⦁ Preferably business or commerce degree/diploma
⦁ Operations management experience
⦁ 3-5 years claims experience
⦁ Team management experience
