**Responsibilities**
- Using a structured methodology, develop a change management strategy to define, lead and support the implementation of required organisational change management activities.
- Define and implement process of identifying change readiness and assessing the impact of proposed and implemented changes.
- Complete change management assessments
- Develop actionable deliverables for five change management levers (Communication plans, Sponsor Roadmap, Coaching Plan, Training Plan, Resistance Management plan)
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists around change implementation
- Evaluate & ensure user reediness
- Track & report issues
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change actions
- Effectively engage on matter surrounding change resistance
- Develop a process for socializing & embedding values in the organisation
- Conduct employee engagement surveys through using various tools
- Support Senior Manager alignment of departmental structures to ensure future-fit teams that perform optimally
- Facilitate job profiling & job grading sessions.
- Conduct post-implementation support
- Define & measure success metrics & monitor change process
**Minimum Requirements**
- Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development
- Change Management Certification (ADKAR or Prosci)
- +8 Years in Change Management & Organisational Development
- +4 Years in a Specialist/Senior role
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology & approaches
- Knowledge of job profiling & grading
- Experience in public sector environments
**Salary**: R864 000,00 - R1 000 000,00 per year
