We are seeking a highly skilled IT Change Management Specialist to join our team at DLK Group PTY Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL processes and change management, with a National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire change management process, ensuring that changes to IT systems are implemented efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Apply ITIL best practices to manage and optimize change management processes, including change initiation, assessment, approval, implementation, and review.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and vendors, to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management processes, including change requests, impact assessments, and implementation plans.
  • Generate regular reports on change management metrics and performance.
  • Identify potential risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts.
  • Evaluate and enhance change management processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification and ITIL Practitioner Level Certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Change Management, including practical implementation of ITIL processes.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex change management issues.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior staff and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges in a dynamic IT environment.
