An opportunity is available for a Business Administrator in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.
**Requirements**:
- Matric
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Business Administration
- Knowledge and experience of process flow, auditing background and quality assurance
- Computer literate (MS Office: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Performance and objective driven individual
- Deadline driven
- Innovative mindset to come up with creative solutions
- Ability to analyse company data
- Soft skills and industry knowledge
- Proficient in English (speak and write)
- Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate and work closely with staff and Management
- Willing to work under extreme pressure at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
- Experience with report writing and data capturing
KPAs:
- Assist Manager with reporting, data and progress reports to determine the state of company operations and the necessary interventions to be put in place to address any areas of concern and improvement to processes
- Assist with completion of organizational tasks that support the productivity and growth of the organization
- Assist with and plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations
- Prepare reports throughout the organization when required
- Ensure that reports are updated on a regular basis
- Planning and organizing daily activities with constant attention to detail and accuracy
- Ad hoc administrative assistance
- Auditing of various processes to align business standard and continuous optimization thereof
