That's where you come in. You will assist with the smooth running ofweb development projects. Our aim is to deliver world-class projects combined with exceptional service from initial engagement to post project. **You help us achieve this**

**WHAT YOU’LL GET UP TO**
- You’ll assist Senior Project Managers with the management of projects and project planning, on a weekly and monthly basis.
- You will monitor project hours ensuring we are progressing according to the project plan.
- You will setup project timing plans for new projects.
- You take ownership of projects assigned to you and manage the entire process from beginning to end.
- You’ll review specs, ask questions and relay the project scope to the team involved.
- You’ll prepare and present a weekly project management meeting with senior management to update on the progress of projects and discuss any concerns.
- You’ll flag extra costs incurred or likely to incur to the management team in advance to obtain approval from the client.
- You will attend client meetings, project kick-off meetings, hand over meetings and training sessions
- Ensure Developers time has been captured to the correct projects.
- From time to time, you may assist with quotations and sales.

**Agency experience? **Project or account management experience within a busy web development environment would be the cherry on top for us
