Edusport is searching for a Customer Care Agent to join the team

Edusport is a specialist sports travel agency that package and operate tours to some of the world’s most iconic sporting events. Our quality sports travel packages are geared for both individual travellers and groups; from hosted support tours to hospitality and VIP packages, our goal is to give our clients the ultimate sports travel experience.

The Customer Care Agent's role is focussed on customer retention and customer touch points, and will be required to manage all post-sales requirements such as:

- Enhancing customers bookings by upselling items such as merchandise, excursions, trip extensions, restaurant bookings, and Vit access at events.
- Looking at where we can enhance the customer’s Edusport Travel Experience, with key focus on customer retention, repeat bookings and point of difference / value adds.
- Pre-departure and post-trip communications.

**Requirements**:
This position will be well suited for someone that is well-travelled and have a deep understanding and ability to provide excellent customer service.
