Regional Sales

**The roles, responsibilities and duties of this position will include but not be limited to**:

- Ensure that monetary sales targets (budgets) are achieved monthly, quarterly, and annually in the region
- Ensure that effective sales management is practiced in your sales region
- Ensure that promotional activity is effectively managed in the region
- Ensure that sales agents in the region are managed to company requirements and standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers of the Company
- Develop and maintain clear and effective lines of communication channels with customers, colleagues, staff, and management
- Ensure that effective processes are implemented to manage the regions stock in store
- Effectively manage allocated key accounts in your region
- Ensure that correct staff levels and quality of staff are maintained to achieve the regions objectives and actively manage, control, train, motivate and evaluate staff to ensure that company standards and objectives are met.
- Ensuring that effective administrative control is exercised over your region
- Protecting and ensuring effective utilization of company property and resources to achieve the company’s objectives
- Ensuring effective reporting to Head office on your region

**The requirements and skills required for this position are.**
- Tertiary qualification in sales and/ or marketing
- 2-5 years post qualified experience in a similar role
- Exposure to management in a fast-moving consumer goods environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of best practices in FMCG sales and merchandising management
- Solid understanding of local employment legislation and policies
- Commercial awareness
- MS Office & advanced Excel an advantage

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
