Import/export Coordinator

**Location: Durban - Westville(ERO)**:

**What you’ll have done before**:
Baseline:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Imports, Exports or Logistics processes
- NQF level 6 (Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related) preferred B Comm Degree.
- Knowledge of Knowledge of customs, tax rules
- Knowledge of freight options & demurrage

Advantageous:

- B Comm Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related

**Exciting Challenges you might face in the role**:

- Manage contractual and service relationship with key Suppliers
- Place PO's, track orders, ETA, and update internal customers
- Monitor bulk claims, demurrage, and standing time claims
- Manage COF and SLA's with Suppliers and Clearing agents
- Clearing agents and transporters managed
- Diligence in completing documentation for Exports, tax, customs and excise, demurrage, claims

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Coordinate the import and export of lubricants raw materials, finished product, and packaged Chemicals, to meet desired business objectives
