- NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent in Public Admin, Law, Political Science or related filed or a minimum of 02 years in a related role/ servicing as an assistant clerk to a judge/ working as an administrator in the public sector or related role.

- Parliamentary Procedures and legislative coordination
- Internal Liaison and people skills
- Administrative coordination and compliance
- Knowledge of the Parliamentary Tabling Procedure and related processes
- Budgeting and Financial Reporting

**What you will be doing**:

- Provides programming, procedural and administrative support necessary to efficiently conduct the business of the House and its Committees, including the NCOP
- Responsible for all Papers serving before the Parliament, including their publication on all platforms, including the website
- Provides information about the House and its proceedings and provides administrative and research services for some domestic committees.
- Provision of support to Members, Committees and the House

**You will be working closely with**:

- Members of the Provincial Parliament and staff members
- Presiding Officers and their staff
- PSS Management and staff
- National and Provincial Departments
- Local municipalities
- National and Provincial Legislatures
- General Public
- Government Printers
- Other service providers contracted to WCPP (e.g. Hansard, Interpreters, Caterers, publishers, etc.)
