Quantanite is a BPO based in Sandton. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate within the travel and tourism sector to join our team. We are looking for associates that are able to work on an extremely flexible working model to cover a 24/7 roster.

**About the role**:
The purpose of the role is to ensure our high levels of customer service are maintained post-booking. you will handle inbound calls from customers once their booking is completed, dealing with questions they may have regarding their booking, this can include but not restricted to ticketing questions, payment of the balance and any pre departure questions they may have.

**Duties include**:

- Triaging calls and transferring to the correct teams
- Answering customer queries by phone
- Resolving problems with first call resolution.
- Advising customers appropriately and accurately
- Liaising with tour operators
- Taking payments
- Logging notes of all communication

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric
- Clear Criminal Record
- Must be able to be flexible in working schedule and cover a variety of shifts
- Must have worked in Customer Service in the Travel industry previously
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume role
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- PC literate - knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Workspace
