The purpose of the role is to render general administration support within the Estates and Trusts Department at Mazars in South Africa, an international professional services firm based at Mazars House in the beautiful Century City, Cape Town.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Opening of Estate (reporting)
- Administration of Estates
- Prepare and facilitate third party payments and managing accounts
- Closing and finalisation of Estates and archiving thereof
- Will and security management
- Adhoc administration support
- Foster professional client relationships

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Relevant Administration qualification in deceased estates will be a strong advantage
- Grade 12 with an aptitude for figures
- Knowledge of LegalEase will be a benefit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Administration, planning and organizing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality and detail oriented
- Excellent business etiquette and client focused
