**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Degree in an IT related field would be advantageous.
- 3 years minimum experience in role
- Strong product knowledge in hard/software, peripherals, and enterprise servers
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Thrive in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
- Great attention to detail and the ability to problem solve is an absolute must

**Key Outputs & Accountabilities**:

- Answer client enquiries and escalate to relevant person/department where required, manage through to resolution and full closure
- Manage the complete service process from sale through to delivery while constantly keeping the client informed, as well as managing expectations of the client against delivery timelines
- Present and manage complete “ownership” within client query/solution recommendation
- Process client quotations and capture sales orders, in some instances this may require the request for forex rates
- Weekly stock on hand reports as well as stock replenishment against transactional stock movement, in addition to project requirements, managed in accordance with operations
- Assist customers with private sales and respond to government RFQs
- Maintain good supplier relations, ensuring best pricing and stock holding negotiated
- Liaise with various IT vendors to verify stock availability against both hardware and peripherals
- Manage stock and pricing catalogues with IT vendor into client, against contractually agreed standards and margins
- Liaise with clients daily to manage and own all client queries and escalations, relating to any point of the sales cycle
- Accurately capture client information and save in relevant database, always ensure up to date
- Build on and improve basic knowledge of IT Equipment and the fast-paced technology changes
- Oversee the technical support team to ensure service calls are attended to within agreed SLA and clients is kept informed on the status of the repair
- Liaise with procurement department to ensure all client orders processed correctly and client backorder reports are managed and updated in accordance with client SLA; where exceptions are flagged, alternative options are offered to the client to ensure expectations are met
- Weekly and monthly ad hoc reporting, as required, managed in accordance with client service level agreements

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
