As we expand our projects, we are seeking a talented project manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of chatbot development initiatives.
Role overview
As a project manager at Digify Africa you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering projects, including WhatsApp bots and other digital projects for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (content, tech, business development) to meet
project objectives and ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Project planning**: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements for WhatsApp bot development.
**Project execution**: Lead project teams, allocate resources, and ensure the timely and successful completion of bot development projects.
Communication with HCS provide regular updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
**Close collaboration with content manager**: liaising between clients and content production teams to ensure timely execution
**Budget and risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and obstacles, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
**Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and technical specifications.
**Stakeholder collaboration**: Foster collaboration among design, development, technical partners and testing teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
**Client training**: Provide clients with training and documentation on how to use and maintain WhatsApp bots.
**Post-Project Evaluation**: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess bot performance, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
**Business development**: assist the CEO and head of client services with the process of securing and onboarding new clients.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in project management
4-6 years of experience
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
