**Job Description**:
The iK Talent team is on the lookout for a Learning Manager. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for making a difference. Developing our people to remain future fit is a key priority as we continue our growth journey in a competitive fintech market.

**So** what will you do**:
You will be responsible for developing a Learning Strategy to suit the training and professional development needs of our diverse workforce.

You will be tasked with creating and implementing training programs, career pathways, and facilitating employee growth across all divisions.

A core focus of your role is to make the most out of people's talents and help them develop to their full potential

**Deal Breakers**:

- 3+ years of work experience as a Learning Manager, Training and Development Manager or L&D Manager, or a similar role within a digital, tech focused business.
- Hands-on experience with an LMS (Learning Management System) or LI Learning.
- Ability to be agile, flexible, and creative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyse issues and drive solutions.
- Experience in change management and process improvement activities, designing scalable solutions and implementing these at pace and at scale.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Developing and implementing learning strategies for the overall development of all iK employees, and overseeing annual L&D budget and expenditure.
- Mange monthly ongoing Induction in conjunction with Learning and Development Specialist.
- Deliver a micro onboarding experience, in conjunction with support from Line Managers to ensure that our new joiners are set up for success in their various functions (Software Engineering, Product Management, Retentions, Growth Marketing, Data etc.)
- Responsible to work directly with employees to identify areas where they can improve their skills or knowledge, by assessing and identifying the current skills and job roles and responsibilities at organization/department level.
- Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements, ensuring mandatory learning and development requirements are consistently delivered to meet statutory requirements.
- Identify vendors for different learning requirements (niche vendors for niche trainings).
- Formulate and oversee the delivery of ATR.
- Lead, develop and oversee the provision of the organisations learning and development agenda linked to the BEE strategy in conjunction with the Talent Operations team (including management of learnerships etc.)
- Work with management to determine which training programs will be most beneficial to employees in different departments or roles within the company.
- Stay current on developments with online learning technologies to drive innovative and improved internal learning services aligned to our employees needs.
- Keep a strong focus on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation, and have ability and initiative to understand the business needs, analyse issues and influence solutions/outcomes.
- Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models.
- Record and report training courses, schedules, and results.
- Share Progress reports per division with relevant Executives on a quarterly basis, the same with the management on a regular basis.
