Job Title: Financial Services Advisor

Location: Umhlanga and Durban North Area

We are looking for individuals to join our dynamic team as a Financial Services Advisor Trainee, where you will receive comprehensive training, flexible hours, and a pathway to becoming a qualified professional advisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand financial products, services, and regulations through a structured training program.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting clients in managing their financial portfolios.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to identify suitable solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to gain practical insights and enhance your expertise.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and financial news.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a diploma in finance, business, or related field.
- Class of business in Long Term and Investment products (preferrable but not essential)
- RE 5 (preferrable but not essential)
- No previous financial planning experience necessary but will be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel between Umhlanga and the greater Durban area.
- Access to a laptop or smartphone for remote work and client communication.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
