**Job Function**

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

**Key performance areas**
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases, i.e., PRP, TMS, etc.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Maintain reports.
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
- Participate in HR projects.

**Nature of position**
- Administrative

**Qualifications required**
- Grade 12
- A diploma or tertiary qualification will be an advantage.

**Skills and experience required**
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
