- An individual is sought for a personalised tutoring service catering to diverse learners with unique goals. The role involves cultivating positive relationships with clients and tutors, overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring client satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback. This team member will play a crucial role in engaging with tutors for training updates and effective management. Requirements include a relevant diploma or degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients and tutors to assess satisfaction levels and address any concerns or feedback.
- Provide feedback to the matching team regarding the compatibility of tutor-client matches.
- Check in with tutors regularly to provide support, gather feedback and address any issues or concerns.
- Ensuring that tutors are updated with the latest home office developments and new procedures to ensure service delivery is up to standard and ensure client satisfaction in return.
- Assist with tutor & client enquiries and refer them to the relevant departments if further action is required.
- Utilise computer skills to effectively use Google Sheets, Excel and the home office CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of client and tutor interactions and update relevant databases accordingly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' work experience in customer orientated position
- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and tutors
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems, setting up virtual meetings and recording data
- Knowledge and experience with Canva advantageous
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role is preferred
- Be able to work under pressure and deal with difficult clients with the help of management
