- Assist the Pool Complex Operations Manager by ensuring efficient_, _productive _and profitable _running of the pool complex. _To deliver excellent guest service, assist in the managing pool complex activities s.a. F&B outlets (Bar, Deck and Café), the maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings, (i.e. pools, garden, equipment + health, safety and security of the complex._

**Duties**

Manage performance of all staff (& contractors)

Handle complaints and queries in a satisfactorily, courteous & efficient manner, following through to ensure are resolved.

implementation of systems, procedures, and facilities, with an emphasis on those related to Food & Beverage and maintenance,

Assist in stock takes, including 10, 20 & 30 day stock counts

Issue of stock and ordering of stock according to stock levels

Oversee overall operation of the outlets and storerooms, including stock rotation, preparation, and distribution,

preparation of forecasts and reach desired revenues for all food and beverage outlets,

Lead by example

Maintaining effective cost control

Assist in preparation of month end reports

implementation of all policies and procedures pertaining to employees, work manuals, sanitation requirements, consumptions, costs, qualities, menus, special parties and others.

Maintain proper consumption levels

Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns

Maintain the highest level of service, maintenance, sanitation, health & safety

Ensure that the correct recruitment processes are followed

Enforce established targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures are adhered to

Conduct regular on-the-job training and coaching sessions to ensure that efficient performance
Conduct quarterly performance reviews

Comply with all health and safety regulations,

Ensure fair and equitable discipline hearings
Responsible for the final delivery of all F&B products

Approve all requisitions to ensure proper preparation thereof,

**Qualifications, experience, computer literacy**

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field

Minimum 3 years as a F&B Manager in a similar sized property

Knowledge of all health and safety regulations

Computer literate (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
